Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Could there be an easier cookie recipe than these? And they are really good too. They kinda taste like licking the bowl of bownie batter...not that I have ever done that before and would know. You can make homemade oreo's with this same recipe, just don't roll them in powdered sugar first. I have also had snickerdoodles made this way, but with a yellow cake mix. The possibilities are endless. Enjoy this super easy recipe!
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
1 box Devils Food cake mix (any chocolate cake mix works)
2 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together first 3 ingredients. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar and place on greased cookie sheet (I use parchment) Bake 8-10 minutes. Don't overbake them, they will flatten when cooling.
