Brazilian Lemonade

If you have ever been to a Brazilian Grill type restaurant (like Rodizio or Tucanos), and fallen in love with their lemonade, than you will love this recipe.  It is SO yummy.  For those of you that have never had it, it is actually a limeade, no lemons involved.  I found this recipe on allrecipes.com a couple years ago after a friend of mine talked about it on Facebook.  We were really excited to find the recipe.  We love this stuff.

Brazilian Lemonade

2 limes
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
3 cups water
ice

Wash limes thoroughly. Cut off the ends and slice into eight wedges. Place limes in a blender with the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and water.  Blend in an electric blender. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove any little bits of the rinds that are left. Pour back into the blender and blend again with some ice. Serve over ice.
